PPD Investments is looking for land in southwest Florida for the construction of a new apartment building

NAPLES, Florida., November 29, 2021 / PRNewswire / – PPD Investments is actively searching for land in the Southwest Florida to build more of its multi-family home brand.

The new development spurt of PPD follows two successful projects in the region. The coat of arms at Bonita Springs and The Crest at Naples were recently completed and are fully rented to the Naples Project that will be added to the legacy portfolio of PPD Investments as part of a 10-year refinancing with Nationwide.

PPD is recruiting for the next wave of multi-family projects Bonita Springs – specifically Bonita Beach Road – and Naples. In addition, PPD continues to expand its search along the coast, from Sarasota to Tampa.

PPD’s pipeline for 2021-22 includes Georgia Properties in Acworth, Canton, Dubai, Lawrenceville and McDonough, and another in Chattanooga, Tenn. All in all, the properties house 1,500 units.
