Forecast: Another frosty morning for parts of Southwest Florida

Bundle up again this morning! We’re starting out with quite the frigid feel to your Monday morning, with temperatures dropping in the 30s and 40s.

A Frost Advisory is in place for areas east of I-75 until 9 am, and a Freeze Warning is in place for Glades County until 8 am

After the cold start to the day, we’ll warm up faster than yesterday as highs push up near 70 degrees this afternoon.

Expect clear blue skies with full sunshine, low humidity, and no rain.

With all the very dry air in place, we do have a high fire danger for Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Glades County.

We’ll snap out of our cold spell pretty quickly this week.

While morning temperatures will still be a bit on the chilly side, our daytime highs will bounce back into the upper 70s and lower 80s by Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.

Plan on warm, sunny weather for the second half of the week, with highs in the lower 80s and lows in the mid 60s.
